Has hotmail.com gone offline or is it me only that cannot receive my email from them?

I can't receive my emails either!
Whenever I go to hotmail it's the "Page cannot be displayed" thing.
Glad to know it's not only me!

i'm interior the states and have had this difficulty through fact 2/09/07, beginning up around 9pm critical time. i will deliver e mail out yet can not acquire. i'm utilising my browser to view, study and deliver e mail. i'm not utilising an e mail software. I sent an e mail to shopper help 6 hours in the past and have not heard back from them.
