How do I record TV to my computer hard drive...programs?, etc. I have a coaxial input on my computer?

You need a piece of hardware to capture video. There are video cards that include this and external USB devices. Unless you have one of these you can't record video from the coax because it needs to be converted. The cards/devices usually come with software to record, but I think Microsoft Movie, which comes with XP, also can record, if you have a capture device.
