Well there is no "best" thing, it really depends on her likes. some women like flowers, perfume, other might like a weekend get a way to a hotel or inn, still others don't mind dinner and dancing, or his and hers massages.Figure out what gives your wife pleasure and work with that. A gift from the heart is always the best.

Make a DVD for her on your computer using your pictures and songs and putting in slides of "I love you" etc. If you don't have a computer that will do this then ask around. It takes a few hours to scan and put pictures in but it is a wonderful gift and only costs a couple dollars but sooo romantic.
Or take her out where you went on your first date and do something romantic, maybe a necklace with 2 hearts joined! Depending on your budget here there is a lot you can do! Be thoughtful and go the extra mile to show her how glad you are that you married her! Here is a lists of more ideas hope they help and congratulations!
1-What does she love to do? Plan something she would love and surprise her e.g. If she likes massages get her a day at "a day spa", then when she gets home leave a note to be ready at 7:00 for a romantic dinner.
2-Make a Dvd and plan a romantic dinner, cook for her have the flowers on the table and one red rose on her pillow!
3-Buy a CD of her favorite music artist and take her for a romantic drive and dinner.
4-Take her to the hotel you went to on your honeymoon and have flowers and a romantic card waiting in the room for her.
5-Fill the house with flowers and cards, this doesn't have to be expensive get a florist to make several small bouguets and leave romantic card everywhere.
6-Give her a massage and buy her favorite scented candles and watch a romantic movie with her and buy her chocolates.
Depending on your budget and what you both like the lists goes on an on the important thing it that you let her know just how much you think of her! Good luck!

2 things, 1 find out what the traditional present is for a 2nd anniversary .. im not sure what it is, i know for the first its paper, then u do something creative with that.... then u give her something from ur heart.. something that u put alot of thought into.. doesnt have to cost alot of money, but be creative and blow her mind away by being romanitic.. women love expensive presents no doubt.. but most women would rather have something that touches their heart and soul, instead of something that touched the wallet..

First, for your health and well-being, REMEMBERING it.
After that, I'd get her something personal. No kitchen utensils or sh*t like that. Lingerie. Flowers. Better yet an arrangement. Silk sheets. Champagne. Candy if she likes sweets.
Then arrange for a hot tub party for two, a romantic candlelight dinner somewhere, midnight swim, or moonlight walk along the beach. I like going for a car ride, so would do that to someplace scenic.
Oh and be prepared to do it all night. All night is all right.

Treat her as you did when you were first married. Pamper her that day, take her out, buy her a nice necklace. This is a hard year for married couples. Let her know of your love and show her. Let her hear your words of love.

I would take her to a high dollar motel/get her flowers/candy/eat super in room.get married again/make love 2 her all nite.
