To speed hair growth, lots of protein and gelatin. You can buy "Knox" packets at the grocery store and if you add them to something you drink they will stimulate your hair to grow. Doesn't cure baldness, though. Nothing does.
For nice, soft skin....olive oil. I would also recommend taking a vitamin E supplement every day. My grandmother was a big believer in Vitamin E and that's why when she died at 89 she looked 69. Not bad!

for the skin, salmon and nuts... i forget what oil it is maybe that omega 9 one...
if you look up salmon you can find it out but it acts as a natural oil, doesn't make you oilly, but it increases your skins softness and appearance...
