Ok, so I started school a couple of weeks back, and there is this new guy there, his name is Derek, and he came from another school. He is completely hot, and everything, and he looks at me all the time..and I'm told that he's a totally nice guy.and he hangs out where I do at lunch. But the only thing, is that when I try to talk to him, I get completely ignored and moded..He just looks at me and then walks away..Same thing with classes, he just looks, and looks, but nothing. And so my friends and I were thinking that maybe we should do like a movie thing, like invit e all our friends + him, and then go over to my house..but I have NO CLUE why he won't talk to me..

Well, this has happened to me. And it ended out that the guy liked me. Well, I think you should just wait a little. He probably likes you or something. You should make some party or something. Then try to talk to him.

since he is new to your school, maybe he feels uncomfortable or shy around u girls because he has been in ur school for not a long time so maybe he feels like he needs some new guy friends to talk to him and make him feel welcome to this school so then he will be more comfortable talking to u girls. when guys enter new schools, they want to make some of guy friends before he comes in contact with other people, such as girls! good luck

maybe this guy is just shy and nervous because he is new and you want to be friends with him. It is always hard being at a new school. Just give him a chance to come around.

Ask him straight up why he won't talk to you. Maybe he's to shy? Maybe he get embarressed when you come talk to him.if he has an email addy email him. tell him you like it and mean it Good Luck.

you could try talking to him while you are by yourself and see if that calms your nerves and the movie thing if he doenst talk much in front of people ask him to go just you and him so you can get to know him better

ok maybe he likes you and he is shy.. i think the best thing you can do is the thing you said(movies,hang at your place) and let him get the chance to come close to you ..if he doesn't don't bother anymore he will realize what he is missing soon... godd luck

he obviously isnt feelin ya, so stop trying. If he is truly intrested, let him come to u. Sometimes the funnest part for the guys is the chase, so let him chase!
