Do you know the difference between false eye BROWS and false eye LASHES?
If you do indeed need eyeBROWS you could try doing some research at the links below and I would get out the phone book and look under BEAUTY SALONS or SPAS and start making a few phone calls around Reno and asking the people that work in the beauty industry in your town for answers.

If you have very light eyebrow hair I would suggest having "henna" done. This is a temporary solution but the results are good. Henna is all natural herbs that is left on your skin for a few minutes and then washed off. The result is darker eyebrows. They also do this for your eyelashes too. Find a licensed cosmetologist in your area.

I happened to have worked with this older lady whose eyebrows were falling out and she just had them tattooed on and believe me I could not tell the difference.Take care and May God bless You.

u should try that permanent cosmetic surgery. I heard its the bomb and the do it so you dont need an eyebrow pencil or have to get them waxed/threaded anymore. just touched up every few years
