SNL is getting old.

Old snl rocks still. The newer SNL cast is funny but not as good as the old school group.
Madtv as of the past few years have had quite a few better sketches that make snl look amatuer.
I would go for MADtv at the moment, but if you asked me 5 years ago I would say SNL.

i think that it switches through the years in the 90's it was snl but now madtv has gotten funnier but give it a couple of years and snl will be at the top again!

SNL!! I used to belive MadTV at first but after a lot of the good characters left, i hate it. New characters suck. SNL have great characters, will farrell etc.

MadTV, SNL only has had a few good moments (Chronic(what?)cles of Narnia), while it seems MadTV always has some funny skit in it.

SNL is better hands down. Many of there skits are classics and have been made into movies like Chris Kataan as the monkey man. Him and Will Ferrel as the club hopping bros. Tim Meadows as Lady's man. I like the Carol and Gay's in space skits.

MADtv,SNL used to be funny,but i'll watch now and it won't make me laugh as hard as MAD does.

Both shows are hilarious! The one gripe that I have about Mad TV is that it doesn't stay on long enough. SNL stays on longer but as it gets closer to the end of the show, the skits aren't as funny.

I prefer MadTV, but Upright Citizen's Brigade is my favorite.
