I had the pleasure of serving in Giza at different times of the year when I was in the Air Force. It's hot most days, but it can get cool in winter months. It hardly ever rains, but when it does, be prepared! I've seen unearthly fog in the spring; it bathes everything in strange light.

In summer be prepared for hot, hot and more hot. It's dry and not humid, and there's tons of sun. In winter, you may even need a light jacket at night; temps perhaps in the high 70s during the day and maybe down into the 50s at night.

Egypt only has 2 temperatures, hot and hotter than hell. Not really, it even rained when I was in Alex.

In Cairo its too hot for me during the day but nice at night. Its bearable if you're near the Nile though.

summer can get really hot! up to 40 C (thats around 102 F or something) sometimes even more
winter isnt that cold.. i think it's arund 15 C..

it start gonna be nice those days, autum time start appear, actually mid Sep and Oct. is fantastic time to be here, i love that period of the year. in summer it is always hot and dry in the south and humid in north, in winter it is warm at day time in south area, and rainy in north.
