Pizza guy Brian Wells was called to deliver a pizza, got attacked and had a collar put on his neck, which was timed to blow up. The killers gave him a note regarding how to get it off, and a set of instructions.. and basically like some kind of scene from Saw it all played out.

Yeah I heard about that. The Erie PA police just let him die. I hope those pigs get their buts sued off. I'm usually with the police but it was disgusting how this guy's gruesome death was just allowed to play out in the middle of a street.
