Have you tried talking to him? Just start it off simply, say Hello, and smile, then walk on. If he likes you, there is a very good chance he'll make the next move. If he's a bit slow, or perhpas shy, increase it to "how are you"?

Well if ur to shy to ask him you could always. Look at the signs. see if he is a little more sarcastic with you than other girls. OR see if he is always looking at you in a way other guys dont. But it would just be easier to ask him if he likes you. But DONT send a friend to ask him. That always ends up disastrous
