Are they peeing on my sandwhich? I never have a fly swatter handy.

Or worse still laying a batch of eggs, in my salami sandwich!

and regurgitating its dinner all over the trifle .

it takes a fly 2 seconds to lay eggs.which are born maggots
so if a fly lands on your sandwhich ; offer it as a leftover to your friends or whatever. then give it to the dog. or draw a bead on it and tearoff the area that is now foul.

No. A fly deficates each time it lands. It's not peeing on your sandwhich, it's taking a Sh!t on your sandwhich.

A fly regurgitates every time they land on our food. I know it's nasty and gross but it is true. I learned this many years ago.

They are throwing up on it then eating. I throw it away and get fresh food

I don't know what they're doing but flies are nasty so if they land on my food I throw it away.
