There is no " best " antivirus in the world. Most are good Some are way better than others..but no best one.

No joke here.... A real life anology is present here. If you go to where the "slime" is, then you are bound to get "infected". Roam cleanly with an updated virus protect, and you will be fine. If you insist on going to places like that,------ do all your virus scans, defrag, scan for errors, clean your temp and cache...AND SET A NEW RESTORE POINT... Then party it up and if something happens....Re-set date.......

No such thing exist. Only your due diligence will prevent your computer from being infested with viruses. DON'T GO TO PORN SITES...they are highly infested. We use to clean up home computers of male teenagers and their PCs have all the junks, viruses, etc that you can find. It took us one day just to clean it up and make it run fast again.
