Ummmm...no. It could be the camera lens, the sky lighting, or he has a darker tan, but no KKK member will be anything but White.....and an idiot.

I have a black and white monitor. There he looks really black!

No, but he does not look like someone who is usually allowed in the KKK. Maybe that organistation is getting desperate for recruits and are letting Italians, Latins, or Jews into their organisation.
