I started wearing glasses...yet when i play football i can't put them on so should i get disposable lenses or normal lenses which is better??

Try getting sports glasses or krokies which will support your glasses better. Definetely get disposable contacts. That is what I use and I would never go back to regular lenses. Disposable lenses are easier and just as cheap. You can throw them out at the end of the day rather than having to wash them and store them in solution.

i personally use regular lenses that last up to a year.... disposables r more expensive i think ..... =0)

They do make sports glasses at the same stores and doctors offices you get your regular glasses at. I have played with people who have in contacts and they sometime fall out when the head the ball or get hit, so don't do that.
