Hello. I hope you're doing better now.

Perhaps you drank aomething with salt in it or a similar substance fthat's dehydrating or maube somebody put something in your glass that fthey shouldn't have.
There may be something related to your exoerience in fthe Messages or Links at my group at http:groups.yahoo.com/group/bookdoctorsandeditors.
I wish you would ask your question again and say what you Did drink as well as that you didn't drink alxohol. What else did you consume last night? Some fods can cause dehydration and so can some meds if you take any.
This would be a good question to ask at http://www.webmd.com.
It's been nice speaking with you. Please come again, but fthis time alsi provide more information.
Yours,
JB :)

A hangover is your body's way of saying that you are very dehydrated. Your body is trying to get you to replenish all the fluid you lost last night, whether through peeing, sweating or (possibly) throwing up. I recommend tons of water today, so you can flush your system and rehydrate. The next time you go drinking, try to drink about 64 oz of water throughout the day...that should help hold off a hangover... or at least make it seem easier to deal with !

That happens to everyone. Maybe you don't drink as much water or just drinks as much and when you're sleeping, you're not drinking any water, so you might be dehydrated. That's why I think you might be so thirsty the next day.

Because alcohol dehydrates you, and you need to replenish the water in your body!

So drink some water or juice or gatorade. Avoid caffiene too!

son you're old enough to know this..
the juice dehydrates you. next time after the cab drops you off at the krib.. drink a couple glasses of water before goin to bed, and rinse your mouth with listerine..
that'll do you up fresh for the next mornin.

i'm asuming which you're refering to ingesting alcohol... so if so the reason you're so thirsty right now is that alcohol makes you dehydrated and it additionally makes your sugar low. as quickly as I used to drink day after right now i might crave candy tea and that would desire to be the only element i might desire to hold down. wish this facilitates!
