I don't think that was started on purpose, the U.S. role in it was they didn't have a plan after they won the war. Now the civil war has started and there is not a damn thing we can do about it. The Iraqi's ought to be able to choose what kind of government they want and also who they want to lead it. They will never accept a puppet government set up by George Bush and his band of goons.
