Any country should have the power they need, it is no body's right to tell who should have what. Specially the USA, this is the only country in the world who should be banned from having nuclear weapons because it is the only country who used it.
Why Israel is allowed to have this nuclear power and all the world knows that it is a trouble maker and started 6 wars in 50 years?
The only reason the so called democratic world is standing together against Iran is because it is an Islamic country..it is the eternal hate!

precisely. but its more a question of the new world order, gwbushes regime has 4 yrs to control iran and then /as well as syria. along with zionists they will prob get away with it all, because the majority of ppl are ignorant and sheep. iranian culture is very civilised they are not war mongers and unlike some they dont cause wars or invasions, they are tough and hopefully it will be another vietnam!!! and they can make loads of movies.

I am getting tired of explaining this. America does not unilaterally decide who gets to have nukes and who does not. That is a decision made by the U.N. All of the countries who are members of the United Nations get to vote on it. All of these countries together have decided that given Iran's track record and threats to wipe nations off the map, that it would not be in the worlds best interest for Iran to have nuclear weapons. It is a U.N. decision. America's role in the U.N. seems to be the enforcer of U.N. sanctions.

We have nuclear power for good intention... in the past we have seen war break out very easily between these Middle East coutries and they have not been shy to launch missles. To give them nuclear capability would cause bloodshed. Iran in the past had threatened to 'wipe israel off the map'... they could do this with a nuclear missle.

The average American is not going to strap a dirty bomb on themselves and think they are going to heaven with 72 virgins. Iran is well associated with terrorist organizations. How many terrorist organizations is the USA associated with? Iran has no problem declaring it was going to annihilate another nation just because they are there. Nuclear power is not the problem it is the nuclear bomb. Please read the news, you obviously have a computer. Try the Iranian news papers.

I don't think anyone should have nuclear power it is too volatile for man to cope with and man is too volatile for it to be used.

The difference between us and Iran is that Tony Blair, no matter how much I may not like him, has never said "Israel should be wiped off the map" where as Ahmadinejad has said precisely that.

If Iran's nuclear amibitions were truly peaceful, they would allow international inspections, like everyone else. They don't, so we are suspicious, with good reason.
