Try this website - you can adjust the furniture to your dimensions - and it's fun, too!

When I did it for my new oddly shaped apartment, I used a pad of paper, a measuring tape and a lot of ratios...I hope you're good at math.

I first measured my walls and then established a systematic ratio system based on how big I made the walls of my drawing as compared to their actual size, then using that systematic ratio system I did the same thing for all of my furniture.

1 wall being 12 feet long, I drew as 12 inches long on my paper so the ratio for that wall is 144/12, then when I measure the length of my dresser to be say...30 inches, it would then be 30/x times 144/12. Cross multiply and divide by X, and that's how long it is on my paper, in this case 2.5 inches, and that way I could see where it would fit into my drawing.

Does that make any sense what so ever? Or do I just like Math waaaayy too much?
