Vanity is the excessive belief in one's own abilities or attractiveness to others. A quick look at your Q&A reveals ability is a delusion. Perhaps the same may be said of your attractiveness?
Remember dear, beauty is transient. By the time you've been through a couple of relationships, had a few children, and sampled some of life's disappointments, the lines of experience and wisdom will show up in all their glory! For many, it doesn't take long.
