So, I'm starting my last year of school. I am at the top of my class, but not the best, as i get a bit too lazy sometimes.. Although IB course is known for somewhat like no homework programme, but it demands a lot of 'voluntary' self educating at home - extended essay, internal asessment works etc. Do you have any tips how to use all the free time for something useful instead of like watching tv or surfing the net and make the best in my exams?

i still have senioritis to this day.....and i'm half way done with college...but you know what i did? i scheduled my time wisely. my sister does the same thing. going to college and work is difficult, so time is very important to me. i would figure out what chapters will i read at what time, do which research on what day....etc. you plan it out and follow through, it'll be soooo much easier than procrastinating and doing the last minute thing.

Lock the tv up and the comp. Remind yourself that every time you open the lock you have to run around the house 3 times or you can put a quarter in a jar. When the jar is full send it to me. Also, you really shouldn't be on linecause it will hurt your vision. Good Luck

you could make notes on index cards and read them during commercials when watching tv

or you could read notes on your notebook during commercials when watching tv

when surfing the net, read things that are related to your school work -- for example, if you're studying physics, read articles that are related to physics such as "rube goldberg machines" --- then you'll be more interested in the subjects that you are studying -- you'll actually feel that what you are learning is useful in life and then you won't feel so lazy anymore
