I'm tired of being single. I'm not good at flirting with guys either. How do you flirt with guys? What do you do if you make eye contact because I hate staring at a person? How do you break the ice and talk to them and what do you say? I'm usually shy in these situations so that doesn't help either. Why do only the sleazy guys approach women with ease? I’m not easy and I’m not just going to be with someone for the sake of being able to say I’m dating or have a boyfriend.

It is very difficult to approach someone you don't know. Try to find a way to start up a conversation with them by paying them a compliment, and a friendly smile is always inviting. Usually, a guy will be flattered if a woman seems to show an interest in them, because normally they have to make the first move. A hug is a good ice breaker as well. Even if it might seem forward at the time, it will usually cause the other person to warm up quicker. Guys love physical contact, and they appreciate a woman who is assertive, yet friendly, and not to over bearing.

A book store or library is a good place to start. See what the guy is reading and grab a book from the same shelf and stand a few feet away. Glance at the book and wait for a response. At the library, sit on the opposite side to have a view of the person. Break the silence by talking about what the book is about. Make sure you wait before the girlfriend or wife suddenly appears. Some guys think that girls are the ones that aren't that attainable. Stay away from bars. The worst thing you want is a drunk, party animal. Health clubs are good. Remember that men are probably going the same thing. Good hunting! Do it right before lunch so there is a common thing to do after you have met.

well, as a guy i like to have the girl come up to me and ask me out to do something. saves me from being humiliated by being turned down. Ive always been pretty shy too, i guess that ive had some irish courage before, or mexican, or russian, you know what i mean.

just look at them make eye contack smile initiate conversation maybe get a hug and grip him a little tighter than u would with a friend kiss him on the cheek theres ways to be sexy and flirtatious without sending mixed signals or coming off slutty

I think that if you know him you should go to him and talk to him, laugh at his jokes, look in to his eyes, talk to him with a smile, never stop eye contact except when you're walking(this tells him that you are interested). Try to act like you need him,( ex. you don't know what to do with your computer, you frequently have errors, he gives you advice, ask him to stop by and see what he can do about it). And ask him if he would like to join you for a coffee. And you can go from there, but be patient.
