Always ultra with wings - you barely feel they are there, and are really absorbent. Used to use Playtex tampons. The cheapest and best thing to use for cleaning (trust me) is unscented baby wipes in the little tub. They go on sale all the time and last a while. For just pantiliners, use Kotex lightdays, the oval ones. Wish someone had given me a list to try, instead of spending so much money with trial and error!!!

Always for pads, OB for tampons, Summer's Eve cleansing cloths and Advil for pain.

I use tampons, I find OB the best ones to use, as for painkillers go for prescription free ones. I don't know which are prescription free in the states, but over here those are the ones without codeine in them. Avoid codeine, that's addictive!
