Congo-Kinshasa, Rwanda and Burundi (former belgian conlonies but french-speaking though), They may also come from french west indies, which are in fact french overseas territories (DOM-TOM) : Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte, Nouvelle-Calédonie, Polynésie.

Mostly former colonies in Africa. A lot of these countries now speak French as a common national language and have french architecture, french cafes where you can get french coffee, newspapers and cigarettes and baker's shops where you can buy baguettes.

Uh, they're probably born right there in France, idiot. If you're assuming they're from Africa just because they're not White then I hope they punch your lights out when you say such things to them. In France you're allowed more self-defence than in AmeriKKKa. Insulting people being racist to them is not as accepted in France as it is in AmeriKKKa. There's slightly more censorship of speech there, thankfully. There are things you're not supposed to say in polite society THERE, not here.
