no it's traditional....It would br racist if u were rude about it....If you prefer to date your own race because its pure, and you believe its natural. If a white person were to come to u and hit on you and you were to say "I aint dating no trailer trash, I only date people of my own kind" that would be racist. Now if u said, "I'm sorry, but I'd prefer to date in my own race" or say "I'm sorry, I'm not interested" then that wouldn't be racist. But still thats your opinion, you'd be racist if u thought down to an interracial couple, because you are insulting their beliefs. because YOU think that you should stay within your oen race. Not everyone thinks that. and you should respect that.

Only if they try to do it the way that White people do! (especially ones from the state of West Virginia, for some reason)

Really, to love a race more than another is only human, and we do it for the same reason that we love the sports team from our area, and our gender, and our Country, more than we love another's. It's human nature -- but it's also a prejudice. It's just one of the unpretty tenets of humanity, and after all is said and done, every race will have contributed at least in some part in the product that man becomes.

So, while ethically racism violates the obligation of man to man, it abides perfectly by the less fair standards of nature. It's wrong and as right as rain to the people doing it.

Of course not. There is nothing wrong with expressing your pride in your racial heritage and wanting to preserve your ethinicity. It becomes racist/prejudice when you are ethnocentric. When you believe that your race or ethnicity is superior to all others--that is when you have a problem.

Depends on how they go about it. If it is set on violence, militant than it is racist. But a general love for yourself and the culture you come from is not racist. It's called accepting what you are.

WHich blacks do you know who care about anyone but themselves? They do not treat each other right. Black men dont support their own families or respect strangers just like alot of the females. I am telling you what you want to hear. LOL

the assumption of "retaining Your Race" is an old concept. in case you're only no longer in to black chicks... there's no longer something incorrect with that... i'm no longer in to maximum black chicks the two... (or white chicks for that remember) yet once you state your reason as especially because of the fact of 'race' human beings take it poorly. in case your no longer sexually fascinated in black chicks, so be it, yet settee the justifications extra effective because of the fact "retaining the race" sounds very racist. i'm a white female this is in to Asian Chicks, Indian Chicks, & Latino Chicks... (The hair is what does it for me) and African adult men... no longer Black American adult men yet African adult men because of the fact they understand the thank you to handle a female. So what? you're in to what you're in to and that's as far because of the fact the controversy on it is going to bypass.

it's not racist to be proud of who you are or love who you want. only when someone thinks they are racially superior and others are inferior, does it become racism.
