I need a person who i can write a four to five page report on and is famous enough to have sources on the internet, encyclopedia, and text. The person's life must have changed because of their values/beliefs.

Well, Martin Luther for one. He is the second most written about person in history (after Christ). His life changed in major ways and he changed a lot of people's lives because of his beliefs and studies. There are also a ton of online sources of his writings and histories. Check out www.lcms.org
You could pick any of the founding fathers for example Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson etc. Several of them went form being farmers to being soldiers and politicians!
