I think that was supposed to be "you are off-kilter." It means you're not in the condition you should be in, mentally and/or physically, so your thinking isn't what it ought to be, either, and your hunches shouldn't be relied on at this time.

Sixth sense is intuition, or some vague psychic sense, or even subconscious logical thinking, depending on who you ask. I believe that all three are valid, personally.

The sixth sense is the non-corporeal sense. It deals with the internal/spiritual/intuition side of us.

it means that you shouldnt trust what your gut is saying. the 6th sense is a feeling you get when your mind tells you what might happen. its kinda weird but it sometimes comes out true.
