Opening a sober living home. What's the best way to staff a sober living home and what do pay them? Need all the help or info I could get. Thanks.

well you want to find people with a good amount of clean time, and depending on there duties is to how much to pay them, you can probably find people that will live on site and just adjust their rent accordingly, maybe call some other sober homes and talk to them and see what kind of job detail and salary you will start them off at....

You should probably staff it with sober people, or robots
P.S. If you use Robots, you don't have to pay them anything. BONUS!!!!
