From now on every single 40 yr old wannabe Jedi, including those who dress up at Star Wars conventions, are now enemies of Yahoo! Answers. Do what must be done, Monkeyman. Do not hesitate in ridiculing them. Show no mercy when pointing out that these "men" will never get laid.

Have you seen star wars? I thought it was going to be stupid, but I watched it and it is not bad. I couldn't watch a zillion times like some people, but I think it is good. And I don't believe I am any where near what a nerd is..

Yes you are the only person that think's it's for nerds. It's an epic tale of the struggle between good and evil. Just because it's Sci-Fi doesn't mean it doesn't have Value on a Story-Telling level.

They are the ultimate bubblegum movies, nothing but mind candy. But there's nothing wrong with that. Not every movie can be the Godfather or Schindler's list. I enjoyed them when I was a kid and they first came out and I still like them. My only problem with them is that fact that George Lucas knows he has a loyal fan base and he seems to be trying to suck every nickle he can out of them by constantly changing the movies then re-releasing them on video.

Yes. Star Trek is more associated with nerds compared to Star Wars. In my opinion, Star Wars is the trendy and cool alternative to the nerdy and confusing universe of Star Trek.

All tv is pretty much for nerds. I challenge you to name one good show that has come out in the past 5 years. You can't.
Stick to your American Idol, that is probably just right for your education.

No you are not. I have a hard time picturing a future highly technical advanced civilization with intelligent robots, and their best weapon is a sword.:):) fantisy doesn't belong in this picture and I think it''s screwed up.
It's as you said for nerds and children. I can't see how anyone over 15 could relate to the picture. But one good thing we got out of it was soem og the actors got a chance. The man who played the hans solo charactor became one of my favorite male actors, u[p there with Bruce Willis, Clint Eastwood.. (actually I favor female actors like Jody Foster.

It's not just for nerds. It is your opinion if you don't like it. You don't have to like it. Nobody asked you to like it. It has been around since I was a child. It has always been a big hit. You are the nerd!
