I agree with you on the legalize part, but I don't agree with any of the criminalize part. I believe that vices should not be criminalized in any way. It's pretty obvious that prohibition was a disaster and drug prohibition is an equally horrible disaster, clogging up the prisons and the courts and taking money and time away from dealing with actual crime. Abortion is kind of the same thing--making it illegal will just make the whole thing more gruesome and horrible.
One thing I would criminalize would be traffic accidents. I found out when I got hit by someone with no insurance that the cops didn't care and in my town they don't work accidents unless someone got hurt, in some towns all they do is call an amulance and a wrecker. How much sense does this make: people get tickets for things like speeding when they didn't cause a wreck, yet someone hits me causing 3000.00 worth of damage and doesn't get a ticket. That needs to be fixed.

Criminalize:
- Alcohol (the worst non hallucinogens)
- Tobacco (harmful for everyone)
- Marriage (it has become a legal way to scam people that do not prenump)
- Anti-depressants (people should learn to deal with life)
- Political Campaign Donations from individuals or businesses (there are so many reasons to criminalize this i dont know where to begin)
- Telemarketing (who really wants to pick up the phone and hear one of these salesman)
- Spam in regular mail (example: Pre-approved credit cards) (Among many reasons this is a huge environmental concern)
Legalize:
- cap political campaign spending (like professional sports teams have a salary cap) (make it a fair democrasy)
- Marijuana (should have never been illegal in the first place. The government lied to the people to get the law passed)
- Brothels (everyone has the right to get laid)

I would make abortion and euthanasia, which are fancy names for murder, illegal. Ban any and all homosexual relationships, Insure that marijuana and other illegal drugs stay illegal, Outlaw ALL violence on TV. This includes fighting during a hockey game. Legalize the publication of the names of all criminals including youth or children under the age of 12. Pass a law that would prohibit vehicles from driving faster than 110 kilometres per hour or 70 miles per hour. Ban the metric system, or at the very least list both the Imperial measure with the metric measure. Have English as the ONLY official language.

I would use the ten commandments and each judgement for lawbreakers will be based on individual circumstances.
Anything else is too much. that is why you have ten fingers, to count ten laws. Then follow justice with the peace and forgiveness that Jesus practiced. Saving money for cops and other unneeded stuff, including career politicians.
Water, electric, etc would be free to all and public utilities ran on a volunteer basis. The only paid public service jobs being, doctor, nurse, fireman. The rest on volunteer. Then you'd get the "losers" out of congress and the real lawkeepers in congress would be doing it to serve not for $$$$$$$$$$.
Just like the old days

I would definately legalize marijuana, not just cause of the feeling of getting high but I really do believe that it does cure certain things. Such as depression and anoxeria. There is a reason why people with cancer are allowed to smoke it and it is beause of those simple reasons. It helps them forget about the illness and helps them to eat. It would just have to be some kind of intake limit, like alcohol and could be heavily taxed to bring more money to the government.

I would allow all people the right to do what they want, until the point of interfering with someone else's rights. These would be the general rights (like to live, to make money, to have leisure time, to marry woh you want, etc.).
