Sympathy for the Devil by far...I think the Stones were actually trying to get out a bigger message.
People will probably choose Zeppelin though because its considered by most as the greatest rock song of all times, while it is good I don't think its the best.

Although I think both songs are overplayed and both the stones and Zep have much better songs than these 2, I'd have to go with Stairway.
