ok let me rephrase this... didnt jarhead seem like a copy of full metal jacket... even tho full metal jacket has more violence. but they way they act in the movie

exactly jarhead was lame! i got the point they wanted to get across but people see movies to be entertained not see a bunch of dudes be bored in the desert.

I saw another difference.
Full Metal Jacket was a GOOD movie and Jarhead was... lacking.
