Why are females so brutal to each other?

In my last question "who are maner guys or girls" the majority of the answers said girls are petty and brutal to other females, now no1 can tell me why..........
Is it because I'm a girl...lol j/k

I know...That's why I've always had male friends. I'm so nice to girls and they still hate me....
