i hav heard that an expert on computers can see cookies that u have deleted is that true

yes it is....I HAVE been working on computers for many years,with law enforcement,we can also bring back everything you have written or deleted.....one way to change this you must replace the hard-drive ,with a new one and throw the old one in the trashcan......its like leaving your finger print at a crime scene

Actually anything you delete on your computer wouldnt take an expert to find. All it takes is a File Recovery program. There is a few File Recovery programs out there that can even recover files from off a hard drive that have been formatted more than once.

Hmm. I've never heard that, but they probably show up in my recent documents or something like that. And also, make sure to delete the offline cookies too.

Depends. All information is still there even if it has been "deleted". The only thing that happened is that the hard drive space has been designated "available to be written to". To totally clean it out: defrag.

sometimes it may depend on what your hard drive is and if you have any hacking virus on you computer. almost all the time no one can see deleted cookies.

yes in the cookies folder there is a file called index which you cannot erase without a lot of messing and info is stored in the index file

Yeah, if they have the right tools.
Undeleting in Windows can be tricky, but it is still possible.
