i looked all over yahoo and google and i cant find any thing. does anybody know of any type of live tech support that is completly free

if you have a gateway computer try gateway.com, and click on "support", click on "contact support", and then under Technical click on "Chat with technical support". It comes up with a thing sort of like AOL instant messenger.
