Simple. Most rap songs have a good beat. And that is the same for all types of music. Take for example: I HATE reggaeton. BUT I won't lie, it does have a good beat. Same goes for rap. = )

you wanna hear the words????? people like rap because it's simple (most of it, anyway). it's about sex, drugs or rappers (themselves and others) and if you listen to it enough, i guess it becomes kind of catchy-at least to young people who absorb what's around them. i don't care for it, but that doesn't mean other people can't like it. to each his own and live and let live...

actually, you can if you listen carefully. but i perfer rock a thousandfold. takes WAY more skill and passion. fort minor and eminem are the only decent rappers.

I do not have a single idea. To me, it's just annoying black guys with grills who talk about nothing but girls, sex, money, and cars. I am rocker and if anyone has a problem with it, deal with it!!!!
