I have a new Dell Inspiron notebook just traded in per the warranty. On my other notebook, when you would hold down the blue function key, and hit the "Wi-Fi (F2)" or the "Battery" key (F3), a little picture would pop up on the screen to let you know what the battery strength was, or if the Wi-Fi was turned on. On the new one I have, the pictures don't pop up. Does anyone know how to turn those notices back on? Thanks!

I think you have to install the Dell Quickset Application.

Sorry I can't help, but someday I would like a notebook, I should have bought one instead of the desk top.
