Babies dont have seizures in the abdomen unless the mother is critically ill or the placenta is falling off the wall of the uterus

With both of these you would be either distinctly aware as you would be in hosptital or you would have serious actue scream your head off abdominal pain.................

Flutters can be hicups, fingers and hands moving as there is less room for big limb movements or just little wriggles

Better to wriggle than not at all!!
Dont worry

I get that too, especially in the lower part of my belly. I believe it is just the baby moving his fingers or hands. I don't think it's anything to worry about, but if it worries you a lot, ask your OB.

It is normal...at 38 weeks there will be no more fluttering and more shaking or flopping....

well........i had this feeling where it seems like my baby is kicking in beat....or it feels like a heartbeat, but you know it's not the baby's because a baby's heartbeat is faster. is that the feeling you're referring to? if it is...then it's hiccups.

if not...remember, babies are still working on their reflexes, so there will be lots of time you'll feel rapid and sharp movements. my husband calls it the "flipper" movements.

It's a normal feeling. Your baby is flexing her fingers, toes, knees, whatever. Or burping or the heart is beating close to your body where you can feel it moreso.'
