I'm stuck on this one Algebra problem in my homework, and I can't ask anyone about it, b/c there are like 8 "square roots" in it, please help!!

√ go to system tools on your computer......click on character map type square root in the search box and copy the symbol. Then paste the √ in here. I go to system tools by clicking on programs then accessories

Example, if you want to write the square root of say 16 type as follows:

(16)**(1/2) = 4

The double asterick means an exponent follows.
Square root when used as an exponent is a fraction of 1/2

Hold down the key on your keyboard. While doing so, type the number 251 on your 10-key numeric key pad, then release the key and it will produce the square root sign.

On your keyboard, your number 6 key, hit Shift 6. You will get this sign ^. This ^ means to "raise" or square something.

write "sqrt" for square root

u can use ^1/2
which means raised to half i.e square root
