Starts right back where they left off. Kimber has left Christian. The McNamaras are back together and Julia is pregnant. She is still runing a spa and selling face cream with sperm in it. The anesthesiologist is the in house physician at the spa. And the son is still sexually confused. Oh yes the business is going down the tubes with the carver off the payroll and one of the partners having a midlife crisis.
So the practice gets bought out by a larger company. Troy starts seeing a psychiatrist, Brooke Shield. Julia has problems withthe baby. Her husband is having urges to sew his wild oats again. Her son gets another life coach, Kimber, to sleep with. Troy gets enraged as usual. And oh Yeah, the drug dealer from season one returns, the one who had them removing cocaine from ladies boobs at gun point. And that is just what you can glean from the commercials.

Nip tuck is the best show ever
I dont know about the first episode but it will be amazing i heard that the 10th episode Julia is leaving the show. I cant wait for season 4
