Hi, it depends what brower you are using and what version.
If you are using Internet Explorer 4,5,6 etc you would need to double click on your blue 'e' Internet Explorer button to open another browser 'window'.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or Netscape or Firefox (can't remember which versions but the later ones of each should have), they have what is called 'tabbed browsing' where at the top of the screen - under the menus, you should see a set of 'tabs' and each one represents a site that you might have visited.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or earlier and want to move between your two windows, press Alt+Tab at the same time and a little box will come up where you can choose which one to be in. Alt+Tab also works for anything you have open not just the Internet.

You have to minimize the first browser in order to get another one.
To minimize the first one, look to the top of your screen. There are three boxes. The first box contains a minus sign (-). Click on the minus sign and the present browser goes to the bottom of your screen which is called the task bar and also where you see the start button.
This works for me.

Once you are in your browser depending upon if you are using firefox or Internet Explorer. Firefox open a new tab. In internet explorer try "ctrl & N" at the same time. This will open a new browser and you can change the address in the address bar and away you go!
