That is emotional abuse. He does not want to find fault within himself so he wants you to think that he did those things because you made him. Do not fall into the trap he is trying to put you in. Seek help and see why you would want to stay in this relationship with this man.

I'd like to think I am fair to my wife. I think it goes both ways though sometimes fights happen and a person doesn't think in the heat of the moment. We all have arguments when we think we are right and the other person is wrong, just human nature. Women do the same to guys.
It depends on really what he has done really wrong to you though, somethings they is no excuse for.

WOW!!!! My husband used to do that all the time.
Eventually found out that he was trying to blame me for everything that ever happened in our relationship. It's called a cop out. He's a coward and now he's single.
He cheated on me and blamed me for his cheating on me. I didn't make him happy. Mind you.... I was working outside the home, raising the kids, making all the payments on the bills, cleaning, cooking, had candles and fresh flowers in the house everyday and gave him sex every single day. I should have been a b**tch, he would have loved that.
Well, no more. I am now a happy woman, finally.

Their is a lot of people out their who do that, that is because they do not want to take the blame for their actions, they can't stand on their own two feet. They can't face reality, and they are immature, start to saving your pennies and get out of their, let him be in miserable by himself. God Bless you.

He likes power and control. I wish you'd given more info. Watch your back, who knows what else he is doing.Maybe you need to get in contact with Domestic Violence In your area, or the Crisis line you give you a proper referal.

Sounds like he's having "ego-trips"...doesn't want his pride to be hurt or to feel guilty... so he blames you... it's easier on his pride, easier on his guilty conscience too.

Because he has a controlling and abusive personality. He won't change. The question is, will she? If she does, she'll get out of this marriage.
