Okay so I am about 5'4 or 5'5 and I have like an hourglass figure. Like really really hourglassy. Would skinny jeans work with my shape? I was thinking it wouldnt...becuase of my hips.

Oh, Im not fat or anything. a actually weigh 98 im just really like curvey lol. i usually wear a size 0, maybe 1 sometimes

well personallly i don't like skinny jeans. in my perspective skinny jeans r more for girls who r big to make their figure look smaller. i have an hourglass frame also. i am very skinny. it is hard for me to find tight fitting jeans. but wetseal in a size 00 for me works perfectly.

It'll accentuate your hips. I would suggest doing just like a bootcut look. It won't draw as much anntention to your hip area. I think skinny jeans are best for the girls that have no figure, because it brings it out. Good luck!

A curvy guy or woman is greater appropriate to easily placed on properly-equipped denims than purposely skinny denims. you will look lots greater appropriate in a properly equipped pair, and that they're going to coach off your toned legs greater appropriate than some emo type skinny denims.

I don't think it would look good.....if your caboose is bigger than the rest of your bod than you want to try to camouflage it....I would stick with flare jeans because the skinny jeans will show off the curves of your caboose. Also, wear flare jeans that touch the ground with any pair of shoes that you wear and it will lengthen your legs and make you look taller. If you have any questions in what to wear in fashion, there is a great TV show called "What Not To Wear"...its on the TLC channel. Its a great tv show!

well, it depends what kind of skinnys u get. since ur not short, it probably wouldn't look bad even if ur curvy. if ur not afraid to show ur hips/curves, then go ahead, but skinnys do tend to make the hips look even bigger. try straight jeans, they look the same except its straight down so it doesn't embelish the hips as much. good luck

no skinny jeans, those are for rail-thin girls. Go for soemthing that hits right below the belly button, is more of a straight leg and doesnt flair too much at the bottom or it will make you look more curvy.

I hate this 80s Retro-crap-style. I don't think the skinny jeans look good on anyone but super stick thin tall models.

i can tell you this--i didn't really know what the deal was with the skinny jeans so i went in and picked up some jeans to try on in my size and was sweating in the dressing room wondering what in the world???!! try some on but you probably aren't going to like the way they look or feel.

probably not...skinny jeans usually work better when you have long legs & narrow hips
