I was just there two weekends ago staying across from the Allstate and traveling downtown. What you can do is take a bus/ train to one of the Blue Line "L's" which then will take you out that direction.

If you want exact directions, you can visit http://www.rtachicago.com. On the left of the page is a quick trip planner that allows you to enter in your starting and ending addresses. It then tells you what exact busses and trains to get on to get where you are going.

Since we don't know your exact location downtown. Iw ould say go to rtachicago.com and put in the start location and end desitination and you will get the exact travel plans and time. Good Luck.

Take the blue line and get off at Rosemont, then do some walking!

take the blueline to Rosemont station from there either a short cab ride or take the bus. it's bus #221 (Pace) you can get your farecard from the CTA station downtown.
