I had a dream that I was pregnant and had a lil boy and the next day I felt so sick and got a pregnancy test and it was positive ...I am 10 weeks pregnant.

I haven't had that dream, but I can tell you that just because you had a dream, it doesn't mean that it will come true. Sometimes we dream about things we fear or want or expect. It's just our subconscious mind working through all the things we're thinking about. I am guessing you're TTC and you are waiting to test, right? You might be so worried about whether or not you'll start your AF, and so your mind has been preoccupied with whether or not you'll start. Your subconscious mind played this out in one of your dreams. It doesn't mean that you will or won't start, it just means you have been thinking an awful lot about it.

Can't say that I have had a dream like that...of course we weren't trying to conceive that long both times.
