While prevention is the best cure, I'm going to guess it's far too late for that so on to the remedy for the aftermath. Drink about a half gallon of Gatoraid and take a nap. When you wake up an hour or two later you should feel much better.

For the pain thing Motrin always seems to work for me, (I was just like that yesterday) And believe it or not, Mc Donald's works wonders!!!!! It can't be Burger King, Wendy's, or nothing like that, it has to be Mc Donald's. Whenever I'm hung over, I go get a double cheeseburger meal, fries (they have to be fresh so tell them no salt and then put your own salt on them, and the biggest coca cola they have. I don't know why but it does work, (I think it has to do with the fact that it is soy burgers) then when you finish eating it, if possible, go take a nap. You'll wake up good as new.

Take something to soothe your stomach and replenish the fluids you have lost. Alcohol dehydrates you and is absorbed through the stomach you've done a bit of damage there. Try Pepto, Ibuprofen and Gatorade. Some say the hair of the dog, but that just makes it worse in the long run.
Y'know you could tell what you did to get in this state. Hey, i've gotta live vicariously through someone. ha ha

I have managed to avoid hangovers entirely for over 30 years by not drinking alcohol.

hang overs sare due to not having enough water in your system because the booze displaces it. the next time you go drinking at the end of the night drink a bottle or 2 of water and will not get a hang over

Tomato juice / Orange juice mixed. Muscle down a liter of that and you'll be fine in 25 mins.
