I pay $718.00 for a one bedroom, I also pay utilities. They do pay for the alarm and cable, though.....and it's a nice area with lots of big trees and very safe.

I own my own 3 bedroom home and pay $297.88 per month. I bought at low interest before the housing boom hit and prices soared. I bought a fixer upper and it is now worth 4 times what I paid for it 6 years ago.

Wow you've got a great deal goig there. I pay $420 for a small 1 bedroom plus electricity, and I don't think thats bad.
