can you please tell me the simple things i have to do to learn how to grind with a girl.

You will need strong knee, thigh, and lower back muscles to grind. There are several "movies" with simple grind-work in them. Try placing your hands on your lower hips, and gyrate with the knees bent. Continue to exercise the above mentioned muscle groups and check back in a few days tomorrow!

If you can dance... you can grind.
It mocks the rhythm of gyration, the boat in the ocean kind of alternating pattern that ebbs and flows and becomes natural with practice.

umm...well the first and foremost and rythmn....if you don't have it, you're basically screwed
also, don't let the girl do everything. most guys think they're too cool to do anything so they just stand around, that's not attractive
third is, even if you don't know what you're doing, lead her
if you're messing up, mess up together. don't let her take control

well the guys dont really have to do anything just hold the girls hips wen moving and just move to the music..if your latino its easier cuz we latinos have the rythym and beat of reggaeton in our blood

find a black girl buddy.. most are supernatural on the dance floor (and pretty much every where else!).. she'll teach you well
