No my question wasn't about people judging me. lol.
Nobody's perfect so how can anybody be judgemental about other people?

We are called to make judgements every moment of every day about everything we encounter. It is unavoidable. Should I cross the street because that peroson looks scary? Is my boyfriend good for me? Do my parents really have my best interest in mind? All of these are judgements. I suspect that your question is really about people having the right to condemn for the choices you have made in your life. While they may correctly judge that you made some bad decisions or choices, they should support you through the process of making better decisions and choices, not condemn you for your mistakes.

To answer this question would cause me to cast judgement on the ignorant masses of asses. But everyone has the right to choose what they do and some people choose to cast undue judgement on others. The Glory of Free-Will.

Because we are raised to believe that what we think is the right way. People need to learn that there are many other ways to think and feel in this world, that doesn't make their ideas any less valid!

I think when one does that they are inadvertantly trying to get some sort of effect on theirself and that the effect is one sometimes used to validate their own sense of personal well-being.

It's pride. Someone does something that "we would never do" and they don't like that person for it. But in our ignorance, we don't realize we do other things just as bad or worse then they did.

They probably dont think they do. They just don't care. And believe their views are correct. Plus, they can't put themselves into anothers shoes. Something we all should learn to do.....
