Everyone knows that he does not deliver his own mail ,he just sticks it in his box. Don't ask me , ask Postman Pat . The Postman only rings twice.( I have not a clue , what that means).the English invented english and ruined it all in one go. And they have the nerve to carp at other people>

Yes, in the UK if his house is on his delivery route he would deliver his own mail.

I would assume so if he lived on his route. Tampering with US Mail is a federal offense so I doubt anything sketchy happens.
