Whatever you do, don't listen to jojeda654, (no offense dude.) There is a specific way to enter codes on your phone. He doesn't say if he just copied the code output from an unlocker or if he put them in the right order. (try code 7 first.) He also dosn't tell you to start your phone with an unrecognized SIM card. (I.E. start it with the Cingular SIM card in it.)

Also, you have five tries, not three. Asuming you have the right code block, it can sometimes take three tries to figure out which one is the correct code.

Don't dispair, I have the same exact phone, and I unlocked it, so it can be done. If you have exceded the number of code attempts don't worry. It can still be unlocked, but you will have to use the 'cable method' to unlock it. Which is a little more difficult.

You have the information, but look around on the web for unlocking forums and read as much as you can before you try anything. Try the HowardForums, just don't ask for any codes. That isn't allowed.
